Shipping is FREE on all orders over $200 to customers within the USA.

We like to keep things simple. Absolutely zero shipping costs on any products purchased through Peak Primal Wellness over $200.

We charge:

$9.99 for orders below $50

$19.99 for orders between $50-$100

$29.99 for orders between $100-$200

$0 for all orders over $200

Order Confirmation

After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your receipt and order number. We will ship your order within 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 1 to 5 days. If your product hasn't arrived within 5 days, please contact us with the provided tracking code, and we'll investigate the issue.

When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification email with all the order details and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's progress right to your doorstep. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within four business days, please contact us at info@peakprimalwellness.com.

Customers may contact us by phone or email anytime to inquire about the status of their order. While we may not always have a tracking link available before the order ships, we are happy to check its current status for you. If an item is never received, please contact us immediately. We will promptly file a claim on your behalf and ship a replacement to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible.

Important

Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate and double-check it before finalizing your order. Schedule your delivery for a time when you will be available to receive it. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses or the recipient not being present may incur re-delivery and restocking fees of up to 25%.

We do not provide moving services. For heavy and large items, please arrange for assistance when your order arrives. Our drivers are not required to move products into your home.

Damages

Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect them immediately to ensure there is no damage from delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the products inside, do not accept the package. Take photos of the damage with a smartphone or camera right away.

Where do we ship from?

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button and fill out the registration form with your details. Our products are shipped from factories all over the US. When you order with us we take a look at your location and ship from the quickest and most affordable option possible.

Product Never Arrived?

Contact us immediately if the product has not arrived within the expected delivery time.

Which couriers do we use?

We work with all major shipping companies and will always do our best to optimize your shipping experience.

Do we deliver worldwide?

Currently, we only deliver to the United States.

Other Fee's

We are a South Dakota-registered company. Because of this, we charge sales tax for all deliveries within South Dakota.
