Wellness..
Recently, I had a small issue with an order I placed through Shop app. The order was for some running handles
for my Versa Climber machine purchase through primal…
While there were no issues with billing or shipping, the items came on time, but unfortunately, we’re the wrong
handles. I immediately took a picture and sent a video over to primal. Cole was quick to respond and even
quicker to solve the issue right there on the spot.
He made sure that the right handles were sent out before anything else. Didn’t even mention returning the other
handles. He just wanted to make sure that my satisfaction was guaranteed.
I’m extremely grateful for the top notch Customer Service I received , while it can be found, It’s extremely
rare.
