Warranty & Returns
Warranty Policy
The Echo Server is an advanced hydrogen water enrichment device with a 10-year limited warranty. Designed for indoor use with filtered, EPA-compliant water and normal household pressures, it requires a whole-home or Echo RO filter for warranty validity. Coverage includes factory defects, external flaws, and delamination but excludes filters and replaceable parts. Remedies include repair, replacement, or prorated credit for new purchases.
Return Policy

Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 5–7 business days to post back to the original payment method.
