The Echo H2 is a premier hydrogen water enrichment device with a 10-year limited warranty. Designed for indoor use with EPA-compliant water at standard household pressure (30-60 PSI), it covers factory defects and material flaws but excludes filters and replaceable parts. Warranty remedies include repair, replacement, or prorated credit, starting at 100% in the first two years and decreasing annually to 10% by year ten.
Return Policy
To request a return or refund, customers can use our contact form, email info@peakprimalwellness.com, or phone – (877) 689-4898 . Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 5–7 business days to post back to the original payment method.
