The Echo H2 is a premium hydrogen water enrichment device, backed by a 10-year limited warranty. Designed for indoor use with potable water (30-60 PSI) meeting US EPA standards, it covers defects in core components and physical flaws not caused by misuse. Filters and accessories are excluded
Return Policy

Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 5–7 business days to post back to the original payment method.
