Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 5–7 business days to post back to the original payment method. Yes. This is a prescription device. Its cleared indication is for Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Other uses are considered off-label and should be guided by a licensed clinician.

Place the chamber on a stable surface per the manual, connect the compressor and fittings, zip closed, and pressurize to the rated level (1.3 ATA / 4 PSI) while monitoring the gauge. Start with shorter sessions and increase as you find a comfortable rhythm with your clinician’s guidance. Always depressurize fully before opening the zipper.
