The Echo H2 is a state-of-the-art hydrogen water enrichment device, backed by a 10-year limited warranty for the original purchaser. Designed for indoor use with potable water (30-60 PSI) meeting US EPA standards, the warranty covers defects in core components but excludes consumable parts like filters.
Return Policy
To request a return or refund, customers can use our contact form, email info@peakprimalwellness.com, or phone – (877) 689-4898 . Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 5–7 business days to post back to the original payment method.
