The Echo RO is a compact under-sink Reverse Osmosis filter, backed by a 5-year limited warranty. It is designed for indoor use with potable water compliant with US EPA standards and household water pressures (30-60 PSI). The warranty covers factory defects in the equipment but excludes filters and accessories.
Return Policy
To request a return or refund, customers can use our contact form, email info@peakprimalwellness.com, or phone – (877) 689-4898 . Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 5–7 business days to post back to the original payment method.
