Peak Primal Wellness — Internal Advertising Tools Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the internal advertising tools operated by James Ruhle use information accessed through authorized Google API connections. It is separate from the store privacy policy, which covers website visitors and shopping activity.

Information accessed and its purpose

The tools access authorized Google Ads account identifiers, campaign settings and advertising performance information. This may include campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, product targeting, budgets, bids, search-term reports and performance measures such as impressions, clicks, costs and conversions. Separately authorized product-catalog connections can provide product information used in advertising workflows.

This information is used to report on advertising performance, prepare and implement operator-directed account changes, and check their results. Each operation identifies the advertising account being managed.

Storage and processing

Account snapshots, reports, proposed changes and execution records are stored in the operator’s working environment. Account-specific workspaces keep records separated. The workflow also uses third-party AI assistance: selected instructions, advertising data and tool results may be processed by the assistant services used by the operator to carry out these tasks. The workflow is not entirely offline.

Google API data is not sold as a data product or made available through a public credential-sharing service. Access credentials are used for authentication and are not included in public reports.

Retention and control

Working reports and execution records are retained for account management and operational review. Authorized account operators can request access, correction or deletion of their tool records by contacting james@peakprimalwellness.com. Records needed for security, legal obligations or unresolved operational matters may require continued retention.

Operators can revoke the Google connection through their Google Account connections settings. Revoking a connection prevents future access through that authorization; deletion of previously stored working records is handled separately.
