Description
The AIREX XL Balance Pad provides an extended, unstable training surface designed for balance, rehabilitation, coordination, and advanced proprioceptive exercise. Its soft yielding foam continuously challenges the body to maintain stability, helping activate deeper muscle groups while improving joint control, strength, endurance, and overall movement coordination.
Available in Lava and Blue, the extra-long 40" surface provides approximately twice the training area of the Balance Pad Elite, allowing for a wider variety of movements and exercise progressions. Dual-sided waffle texturing enhances slip resistance while stimulating foot receptors during barefoot balance training.
