Installation Steps
Prepare the Indoor Space
Choose a dry, level indoor location with enough clearance for the selected Vulcana size. Confirm ceiling height, floor support, door swing, ventilation space, and access for moving panels and glass into the room.
Unpack & Verify Components
Lay out the wall elements, glass, benches, hardware, mouldings, lighting, heater guard, and accessories on a protected surface. Check all components against the included packing list before assembly.
Build the Base & Cabin Frame
Assemble the base elements, corner posts, and main wall structure. Install the previously assembled wall elements and side cladding while keeping the cabin square, level, and properly aligned.
Install Glass Front & Door
Position the full-glass front wall, install the 8mm tempered glass door, and secure the metal hinges and black metal-wood handle according to the selected left- or right-hand door orientation.
Assemble Benches & Backrest
Install the bench supports, upper bench frame, lower bench frame, bench grids, and angled backrest. The two-tier layout creates comfortable seating while maintaining a clean, space-saving interior design.
Fit Lighting, Floor & Trim
Install the LED lighting behind the backrest, under benches, and along the back wall. Place the duckboard floor grid, lightshade, finishing mouldings, and remaining trim pieces for a complete interior finish.
