Austin Air Systems offers a 5-year mechanical warranty and a 5-year pro-rated HEPA filter warranty on all air purifiers, including HealthMate, HealthMate Plus+, Allergy Machine, and Pet Machine models. Return Policy

Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 5-7 business days to post back to the original payment method. Austin Air’s 360-degree intake system draws air into all sides of the “it” air purifier passing it through a comprehensive, medical grade HEPA filter.

The Austin Air “it” HEPA filter is designed to last up to five years under normal conditions. The optional VOC Carbon Wrap add-on is designed to last three months under normal conditions.
