The Trident Functional Trainer isn’t just another rack. It’s a complete training system built for lifters who refuse to compromise. At its core, you’ve got the USA-made Build Limitless® Half Rack, delivering the raw strength of a half rack fused with the versatility of a dual-cable functional trainer. But the Trident doesn’t stop there. We’ve leveled it up by integrating storage and attachments, keeping your space clean, efficient, and always ready for the next session.
With a footprint of just 7' x 6', the Trident takes the chaos of a commercial gym and compresses it into a setup that fits your home. Barbells, plates, cables, attachments—it’s all right there, locked into one streamlined system. No wasted space. No wasted time. Just endless ways to train.
Whether you’re chasing heavy squats, dialing in accessory work, or cranking out high-volume cable sessions, the Trident adapts to your grind. It’s a rack that organizes, a trainer that strengthens, and a setup that proves you don’t need 5,000 square feet to train like a pro.
Designed as a dual sided functional trainer, the 2 and 4 inch aluminum pulley wheels deliver smooth and controlled resistance. With a 2:1 cable ratio, the two 250lb weight stacks allow for both unilateral and bilateral training. Using the knurled handles and T-handle pop-pins, quickly move the trolley up and down the uprights to change movements in a snap. Expand your home gym ecosystem with our best-selling PRx Axis Pad® and Leg Curl/Extension attachments to get all the versatility of a commercial gym with the need for separate, bulky machines.
If you're looking to make a major upgrade to your workout routine The Trident Functional Trainer is the one product you need.

Ask what happens when a unit arrives damaged, you're listening for a person who owns it, not store-blames-manufacturer ping-pong.
Get the delivered price in writing before payment, "freight quoted after purchase" is the oldest move in the category.
Ask for a name, if nobody owns your order, nobody owns your problem.
