Bring studio-inspired Pilates training into your home with the C1 Pilates Crawler. Its extra-long sliding tracks, supportive padding, and versatile exercise setup help you strengthen your core, tone your entire body, improve flexibility, and enjoy controlled low-impact workouts without the size of a traditional Pilates reformer.

  • Versatile Full-Body Training: Perform a wide range of Pilates movements designed to engage your core, arms, shoulders, back, glutes, and legs while improving balance, mobility, and body control.
  • Extra-Long Smooth Slide Rails: Dual 900 mm extended tracks provide a wider movement range for deep stretches and full-body exercises, while the four-wheel pulley system delivers smooth gliding at under 40 dB.
  • Comfortable and Supportive: A thick non-slip knee pad, cushioned leg support, and sturdy Pilates bar provide greater comfort, protection, and stability throughout every workout.
  • Guided Smart Training: Follow professional Pilates courses, exercise tutorials, and personalized training plans through the dedicated app, while the real-time LCD timer helps you manage each session.
  • Foldable and Space-Saving: The sturdy structure supports users weighing up to 265 lbs and folds compactly for convenient storage beneath a bed or sofa or against a wall.
