These outlets must be reserved just for the sauna (no other appliances sharing). Plug it in directly, do not use extension cords, adapters, surge protectors, or GFCI outlets.

We’re committed to making your sauna delivery as smooth and stress-free as possible. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, so you can start enjoying your sauna sooner than you think. All saunas are delivered by a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver. Your sauna will arrive securely packaged on a pallet and will be unloaded to your curbside or driveway for your convenience.
To ensure a smooth experience, please let us know in advance if there are any special delivery considerations (such as remote locations, long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, or stairs). We’ll be happy to work with you to make sure everything goes smoothly.
