This Pack of Two Drain Hoses for the Med4 Elite control unit is a terrific addition to or replacement for the Drain Hoses that came with the Med4 Control Unit. When needing to replace worn, lost or damaged drain hoses, these are the hoses to be used. The Med4 should never be tipped on its side or leaned over to drain the water. These drain hoses are the only approved method to properly drain the Med4. Please note, this is a Pack of Two Drain Hoses only. Wraps, control unit and all other Med4 and Game Ready accessories are available separately. Med4 recommends draining and replacing the water in the reservoirs every 2 weeks. To clean the filter, rinse it off with water, shake off the excess moisture and hang it to dry. Once completely dry, place it back in the control unit. To drain, place the end of each hose without the connector into a container that has at least a 3-gallon capacity. As soon as you attach the connector ends to the control unit, water will immediately begin draining. Unplug the Med4 prior to starting the draining process. It is cautioned to not use any hoses on the Med4 control unit other than Med4 Drain Hoses. If damage occurs while using a different hose, the warranty may be voided.
