Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in brand new condition, we will initiate the refund, which typically takes 5–7 business days to post back to the original payment method. The Bergamo measures 42″ × 70″ × 75″ externally (roof overhang adds 4.3″) and 38″ × 66″ × 69″ inside. We recommend a ceiling height of at least 84″ for comfortable setup and ventilation.
