The Nora 2-person sauna is the simplest to set up. It can be plugged directly into a regular household outlet (15-amp, 120V). For the best performance, we recommend using a dedicated outlet just for the sauna. No extension cords, surge protectors, or GFCI outlets should be used.

- The infrared system runs with the standard 120V / 15A outlet above.

We’re committed to making your sauna delivery as smooth and stress-free as possible. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, so you can start enjoying your sauna sooner than you think. All saunas are delivered by a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver. Your sauna will arrive securely packaged on a pallet and will be unloaded to your curbside or driveway for your convenience.
To ensure a smooth experience, please let us know in advance if there are any special delivery considerations (such as remote locations, long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, or stairs). We’ll be happy to work with you to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Warranty Policy
The Golden Designs Nora 2 Person Hybrid Sauna (GDI-8222-01) includes a 5-Year Warranty on all electronic components and a 1-Year Warranty on the Harvia stove.
