Yes. Both variants use sealed IP65 aluminum housings and internal IP65-rated drivers. They are designed for traditional and infrared saunas and are rated to operate at temperatures up to 194°F (90°C).
Both panels produce 630nm and 660nm red light plus 810nm and 850nm near-infrared light. The red and near-infrared channels can be controlled independently or operated together.
Touch controls adjust each wavelength channel from 0% to 100% brightness in 5% increments. The timer runs from 1 to 20 minutes, and the near-infrared channel supports continuous, 10Hz, or 40Hz output.
Ember reaches up to 175mW/cm², including 111mW/cm² at 6 inches. Blaze reaches up to 185mW/cm², including 109mW/cm² at 6 inches, while covering a substantially larger area.
Each panel includes mounting hardware, a hanging cable, and a hanging pulley for wall-mounted or ceiling-suspended installation. The rolling Sauna Series Floor Stand is available separately.
Hooga recommends approximately 12–18 inches for surface-focused sessions of about five minutes and 6–12 inches for deeper-focused sessions lasting roughly 10–20 minutes. Follow the manual and adjust exposure according to comfort and professional guidance.
Hooga specifies 0.0µT EMF at four inches and no flicker for both sauna panel variants under the stated testing conditions.
Internal cooling fans actively manage heat, and automatic thermal protection shuts the panel down above 194°F (90°C). It automatically restarts below 140°F (60°C) with its settings retained.
Each variant includes one panel, protective goggles, one hanging cable, one hanging pulley, two power cables, and mounting hardware. The optional rolling floor stand is not included.
