Ask what happens when a unit arrives damaged, you're listening for a person who owns it, not store-blames-manufacturer ping-pong.
Get the delivered price in writing before payment, "freight quoted after purchase" is the oldest move in the category.

Temperature can be selected from 86°F to 176°F in five-degree increments using the blanket controls. Follow the current Hooga operating instructions when changing settings.
The built-in timer supports 30–60 minute sessions and changes in five-minute increments. The default session length is 45 minutes.
Yes. The blanket automatically shuts off when the selected timer ends, providing a defined stopping point for each heat session.
The blanket takes approximately five minutes to warm. Allow it to reach a comfortable selected temperature before settling into the session.
Let the blanket cool, then wipe the waterproof, sweat-resistant interior according to the current Hooga care instructions. Do not make electrical modifications.
The heating system uses shielded wiring, and Hooga lists approximate EMF output of 0–0.08 µT for the blanket.
Place the blanket flat on a stable surface and position your body within its full-length interior, following Hooga's current operating guidance.
Once clean, dry, and fully cooled, fold the blanket carefully and store it in a dry location without stressing its wiring.
It is designed for 110–120V AC US input. Operation on 220–240V requires an appropriate voltage converter and Hooga's current guidance.
Cooling before folding helps avoid trapping heat or moisture. Wait until the surfaces are fully cool and dry before storing it.
