This sauna requires two separate 20-amp circuits and two outlets. Each outlet must be on its own dedicated line, meaning nothing else should be running on those circuits. You’ll need to have both outlets available to plug in the sauna. Do not use extension cords, surge protectors, or GFCI outlets.

All saunas are delivered by a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver. Your sauna will arrive securely packaged on a pallet and will be unloaded to your curbside or driveway for your convenience.
To ensure a smooth experience, please let us know in advance if there are any special delivery considerations (such as remote locations, long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, or stairs). We’ll be happy to work with you to make sure everything goes smoothly.
