The Viva 250 is a spacious 4-person outdoor sauna designed for those who want a more open, refined, and visually striking sauna experience at home. Built entirely from 40mm ThermoWood® with a durable outdoor roof system, it delivers excellent insulation, strong weather resistance, and long-lasting performance in a clean, contemporary Scandinavian form.
Its widened interior layout provides enhanced comfort and easier movement for up to four users, while thermo-alder benches and backrests ensure a smooth, heat-stable seating experience. The bronze-tinted glass front adds natural light and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere during sauna sessions.
Engineered for DIY-friendly installation, the modular structure is designed for assembly on a flat, load-bearing surface. With pre-fabricated components and a precise fit system, the Viva 250 makes it straightforward to build a premium outdoor wellness space in a single day.
The Viva 250 brings a modern architectural approach to traditional Nordic sauna bathing. Designed for up to four people, it expands the sense of space and light through its wide footprint and signature bronze-glass front, creating a calm, inviting environment that blends seamlessly into outdoor living spaces.
Built entirely from 40mm ThermoWood® and engineered for year-round outdoor use, the Viva 250 balances durability with refined aesthetics. Its thermo-alder interior seating provides smooth, heat-stable comfort, while the expanded layout allows for more relaxed positioning and improved circulation during longer sauna sessions.
The integrated three-point ventilation system ensures consistent airflow, even heat distribution, and reliable steam performance across the larger interior volume. Combined with its panoramic glass front, it creates a bright, immersive sauna atmosphere that feels both open and private at the same time.
Every measurement, material, and system detail.
The Viva 250 is an expanded 4-person outdoor sauna designed for users who want more interior space, a wider seating layout, and a more open, architectural feel. Its larger footprint and panoramic glass front improve comfort and movement inside the sauna while maintaining efficient heat performance. A level, load-bearing outdoor foundation and proper clearance for ventilation and roof drainage are required for safe installation and long-term durability.
The Viva 180 arrives as a precision-engineered outdoor sauna kit designed for straightforward DIY assembly. Its modular 40mm ThermoWood® structure, pre-finished components, and integrated ventilation system allow most of the build to be completed using basic tools. The EPDM roof system is pre-designed for long-term weather resistance. Final heater connection must always be completed by a licensed electrician for safe operation and compliance with electrical codes.
Two to three people recommended. Basic tools required (drill, level, screwdriver). No heavy machinery needed for assembly.
The Viva 180 kit includes pre-cut, pre-finished outdoor-rated components designed for efficient assembly of a full 4-person sauna with minimal complexity.
Install the sauna on a flat, level, and load-bearing outdoor surface such as concrete, reinforced decking, or paving stones. Ensure proper drainage and allow clearance around the unit for ventilation, roof runoff, and maintenance access.
Carefully unpack all labeled components and verify them against the checklist. Organize wall panels, roof sections, benches, and hardware in assembly order to streamline installation.
Start with the base frame and leveling setup, then assemble the ThermoWood® wall panels in sequence. Lock all structural joints to ensure rigidity suitable for outdoor environmental conditions.
Install the EPDM-sealed roof system, mount the bronze tempered glass door with black hardware, and assemble the thermo-alder bench and backrest system designed for four-person seating.
Heater installation must be completed by a licensed electrician. The Viva 180 is compatible with appropriately sized electric sauna heaters (typically 6.0–8.0 kW depending on configuration). All wiring must comply with local outdoor electrical codes and safety standards.
Run an initial low-heat cycle with ventilation open to allow ThermoWood® and thermo-alder materials to acclimate. A natural wood aroma is expected during first use and will gradually diminish over time.
The Viva 250 uses a standard residential 240V hardwired sauna heater circuit, similar to an electric oven or dryer. Depending on your heater selection — typically a 9.0 kW HUUM DROP or HUUM HIVE Mini (9.0–10.5 kW) — the system requires a dedicated 40–60 amp breaker. Its larger ~7.1 m³ interior volume is optimized for 4-person use, balancing strong heat output with stable, even temperature distribution in a wider glass-front outdoor sauna environment.

Most $8,000 purchases come with a phone tree. Ours comes with a person. When something goes sideways — a lost shipment, a freight delay, a damaged panel, a question at 9 PM on a Wednesday — you text us. We text back. Same day, often the same hour. We call the manufacturer. We chase the freight company. We solve the problem while you go on with your life. That's what we mean by boutique concierge service. It's the difference between buying a sauna and being supported through one.
If your shipment goes missing, we're on the phone with the freight carrier before you even know there's a problem. You don't chase anyone. We do.
You hear about delays from us, before you wonder. We monitor every shipment, every day, until it's in your driveway.
If a panel arrives damaged or a heater malfunctions, we escalate directly to Leil, HUUM, or Harvia on your behalf. You don't make a single warranty call. We handle the back-and-forth.
Text us. Email us. Call us. You get a real answer from a real person — not a chatbot, not a ticket number, not a 48-hour response window.
We're not the cheapest box on the internet. We're the team that picks up the phone after the box is in your driveway. That's what we stand behind — every order, every customer, every day.
Call (877) 689-4898The Leil Viva 250 is engineered as a fully outdoor-rated 4-person sauna designed to handle rain, snow, wind, and seasonal temperature changes. Its 40mm ThermoWood® structural system, weather-sealed roof construction, and reinforced glass-front design ensure long-term durability while maintaining stable heat performance and a premium sauna experience in all outdoor conditions.
The Viva 250 uses a premium outdoor-rated dual-wood construction system designed for enhanced interior space, long-term durability, and stable sauna performance in all weather conditions. Its ThermoWood® exterior shell provides structural strength and resistance against moisture, temperature shifts, and seasonal exposure, while thermo-alder interior elements ensure a smooth and comfortable seating experience for up to four users in a more spacious cabin layout.
The exterior structure is built from thermally modified softwood, engineered at high temperatures to improve dimensional stability and reduce moisture absorption. This makes it highly resistant to warping, rot, and outdoor climate stress, ensuring long-term structural reliability even in demanding environments.
Benches and backrests are crafted from thermo-treated alder, chosen for its smooth surface, durability, and low heat retention. It stays comfortable during high-temperature sauna sessions, making it ideal for longer and more relaxed group use.
Designed for year-round outdoor installation, the wood system is built to withstand rain, snow, UV exposure, and humidity fluctuations while maintaining both structural integrity and a clean natural wood appearance over time.
The ThermoWood® structure efficiently retains heat within the larger cabin volume, while thermo-alder seating prevents surface overheating. This creates a balanced, comfortable sauna environment with even heat distribution for social wellness sessions.
The Viva 250 ships as a complete outdoor sauna kit with all structural components pre-cut, pre-finished, and clearly labeled for efficient DIY installation. The heater is selected separately (typically electric or wood-fired depending on configuration) and may include stones, controls, and mounting accessories based on the chosen package. Designed for a more spacious 4-person layout, it includes upgraded interior comfort elements and expanded structural components for enhanced outdoor performance.
