A Canadian white-cedar barrel-profile sauna with a solid flat floor, cedar bevel siding, porch, and two front-facing windows.
Model-specific dimensions, construction, and operating details.
Allow room for operation, maintenance, drainage, doors, utility connections, and delivery access.
The Canadian Timber Elation Barrel Sauna arrives as a precision-crafted DIY kit manufactured from premium Canadian White Cedar. All major components are pre-machined for straightforward installation using basic tools. LeisureCraft provides detailed assembly manuals along with online videos, while electric heater installations should be completed by a licensed electrician.
Recommended for two people with a drill, level, and standard hand tools. No specialized woodworking equipment required.
Every sauna package includes precision-machined cedar components, premium hardware, and installation documentation. Heater type varies depending on the selected package.
Install the sauna on a stable, level surface such as concrete, reinforced decking, or compacted gravel with proper drainage and clearance around the structure.
Unpack and verify all cedar staves, wall panels, benches, hardware, heater components, and accessories before beginning assembly.
Assemble the support base, install the flat floor, fit the cedar barrel staves, and secure the structure according to the supplied assembly instructions.
Install the front wall, bronze tempered glass windows and door, then fit the spacious 23-inch cedar benches and interior trim.
Install either the optional wood-burning heater or the 7.5 kW electric heater according to the heater manufacturer's instructions. Electric models require installation by a licensed electrician.
Run the sauna through an initial heating cycle before first use to allow the cedar to acclimate and release its natural aroma.
The Canadian Timber Elation Barrel Sauna can be configured with either a 7.5 kW electric sauna heater or a traditional wood-burning heater. Electric models require a dedicated 240V hardwired circuit, while wood-fired models require no electrical connection for heating. All electrical work should be completed according to local electrical codes.

Most $8,000 purchases come with a phone tree. Ours comes with a person. When something goes sideways — a lost shipment, a freight delay, a damaged panel, a question at 9 PM on a Wednesday — you text us. We text back. Same day, often the same hour. We call the manufacturer. We chase the freight company. We solve the problem while you go on with your life. That's what we mean by boutique concierge service. It's the difference between buying a sauna and being supported through one.
If your shipment goes missing, we're on the phone with the freight carrier before you even know there's a problem. You don't chase anyone. We do.
You hear about delays from us, before you wonder. We monitor every shipment, every day, until it's in your driveway.
If a panel arrives damaged or a heater malfunctions, we escalate directly to Leil, HUUM, or Harvia on your behalf. You don't make a single warranty call. We handle the back-and-forth.
Text us. Email us. Call us. You get a real answer from a real person — not a chatbot, not a ticket number, not a 48-hour response window.
We're not the cheapest box on the internet. We're the team that picks up the phone after the box is in your driveway. That's what we stand behind — every order, every customer, every day.

Ask what happens when a unit arrives damaged, you're listening for a person who owns it, not store-blames-manufacturer ping-pong.
Get the delivered price in writing before payment, "freight quoted after purchase" is the oldest move in the category.
