Assembly Steps
Prepare a Level Foundation
Install the sauna on a stable, level surface such as concrete, reinforced decking, or compacted gravel with proper drainage and clearance around the structure.
Organize All Components
Unpack and verify all cedar staves, wall panels, benches, hardware, heater components, and accessories before beginning assembly.
Build the Barrel Structure
Assemble the support base, install the flat floor, fit the cedar barrel staves, and secure the structure according to the supplied assembly instructions.
Install Windows, Door & Benches
Install the front wall, bronze tempered glass windows and door, then fit the spacious 23-inch cedar benches and interior trim.
Install the Heater
Install either the optional wood-burning heater or the 7.5 kW electric heater according to the heater manufacturer's instructions. Electric models require installation by a licensed electrician.
Complete Initial Heat Cycle
Run the sauna through an initial heating cycle before first use to allow the cedar to acclimate and release its natural aroma.
