Assembly Steps
Prepare the Foundation
Install the sauna on a stable, level foundation such as a concrete slab, reinforced deck, patio, or compacted gravel base. Ensure proper drainage around the structure and adequate clearance for doors, ventilation, and future maintenance.
Organize the Components
Unpack all cedar wall sections, floor components, roof panels, steel shingles, benches, hardware, and accessories. Verify every part against the supplied parts list before beginning assembly.
Build the Cabin Structure
Assemble the floor system, install the wall sections, and secure the roof framing according to the supplied instructions. Precision-cut components are engineered for an accurate fit and efficient installation.
Install Roof, Benches & Door
Complete the installation of the Ontario-made steel shingle roof, mount the cedar benches and supports, install the door assembly, and fit any optional porch or change room components if included.
Install the Sauna Heater
Install either the wood-burning sauna heater or the recommended 7.5–9 kW electric heater according to the manufacturer's specifications. Electric heater packages require final 240V hardwired installation by a licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
Complete the Initial Heat Cycle
Before first use, run the sauna through a complete heating cycle with the door slightly open. This allows the cedar to acclimate naturally, removes any residual manufacturing moisture, and fills the cabin with the fresh aroma of natural cedar.
