The Leisure Craft CT Harmony Barrel Sauna combines traditional Canadian craftsmanship with an efficient barrel design to create an inviting outdoor wellness retreat. Handcrafted from premium Eastern White Cedar, it offers excellent heat retention, natural beauty, and long-lasting durability for backyards, cottages, and cabins.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four people, the Harmony supports both electric and wood-fired heating options while featuring premium aluminum bands, stainless steel hardware, and spacious 20-inch benches for a comfortable sauna experience.
The Harmony Barrel Sauna is part of LeisureCraft's Canadian Timber Collection, where every sauna is handcrafted in Canada using sustainably sourced Eastern White Cedar. Its curved barrel profile naturally circulates heat, creating an efficient and comfortable sauna environment while showcasing the warmth and character of real cedar.
Model-specific dimensions, construction, and operating details.
Allow room for operation, maintenance, heater clearances, ventilation, utility connections, and delivery access.
The Leisure Craft CT Harmony Barrel Sauna arrives as a precision-crafted DIY kit manufactured in Canada from premium Eastern White Cedar. Every component is pre-cut and engineered for straightforward installation using standard hand tools. Detailed assembly manuals, step-by-step PDF instructions, and online installation videos are provided to guide you through the process. Any electrical work for an electric heater should always be completed by a licensed electrician.
Two adults with basic hand tools, a drill, level, and ladder can complete the installation without specialized woodworking experience.
The Harmony Barrel Sauna includes precision-machined cedar components, premium hardware, and all structural parts required for assembly. Heater packages and optional accessories vary by the configuration selected.
Install the sauna on a level, stable base such as a concrete pad, reinforced deck, patio, or compacted gravel foundation. Allow adequate drainage and clearance around the sauna for maintenance and ventilation.
Unpack and identify all cedar staves, cradle supports, benches, aluminum bands, hardware, and accessories. Confirm that all components are present before beginning assembly.
Position the cedar cradles, install the floor sections, fit the precision-milled cedar staves together, and tighten the marine-grade aluminum bands to create the finished barrel structure.
Install the front and rear wall panels, cedar benches, backrests, door assembly, ventilation components, and any optional accessories included with your sauna package.
Install your selected wood-burning or electric heater according to the heater manufacturer's installation instructions. Electric heaters require a dedicated 240V hardwired connection completed by a licensed electrician, while wood-burning heaters require proper chimney installation and safety clearances.
Before the first sauna session, perform a full heating cycle with the door slightly open to allow the cedar to acclimate and to release its natural aroma while eliminating residual manufacturing moisture.
The Leisure Craft CT Harmony Barrel Sauna is compatible with both electric and traditional wood-burning sauna heaters. The Harmony model is designed for a recommended 7.5 kW electric heater when choosing an electric configuration, or compatible wood-burning heaters such as the Narvi NC 16, Harvia M3 Series 16.5 kW, or Harvia Legend 150 Series 16 kW. Electric heaters require a dedicated 240V hardwired circuit installed by a licensed electrician, while wood-burning models require no electrical connection for heating.

Most $8,000 purchases come with a phone tree. Ours comes with a person. When something goes sideways — a lost shipment, a freight delay, a damaged panel, a question at 9 PM on a Wednesday — you text us. We text back. Same day, often the same hour. We call the manufacturer. We chase the freight company. We solve the problem while you go on with your life. That's what we mean by boutique concierge service. It's the difference between buying a sauna and being supported through one.
If your shipment goes missing, we're on the phone with the freight carrier before you even know there's a problem. You don't chase anyone. We do.
You hear about delays from us, before you wonder. We monitor every shipment, every day, until it's in your driveway.
If a panel arrives damaged or a heater malfunctions, we escalate directly to Leisure Craft, HUUM, or Harvia on your behalf. You don't make a single warranty call. We handle the back-and-forth.
Text us. Email us. Call us. You get a real answer from a real person — not a chatbot, not a ticket number, not a 48-hour response window.
We're not the cheapest box on the internet. We're the team that picks up the phone after the box is in your driveway. That's what we stand behind — every order, every customer, every day.
