Major structural components are pre-machined for simplified assembly, and LeisureCraft provides detailed assembly manuals along with online videos. The sauna is designed for straightforward installation using common hand tools, while the electric heater should be connected by a licensed electrician.

Assembly Steps
Prepare a Level Foundation
Install the sauna on a solid, level base such as concrete, reinforced decking, or compacted gravel while allowing adequate drainage and ventilation around the structure.
Unpack & Verify Components
Carefully unpack all cedar panels, roof components, benches, hardware, and trim pieces. Confirm all parts are present before beginning assembly.
Assemble Walls & Roof Structure
Assemble the floor, wall panels, and rounded corner sections before installing the roof structure and EPDM waterproof membrane with cedar finishing trim.
Install Door, Windows & Interior
Mount the front wall assembly, install the door and windows, then fit the cedar benches and remaining interior trim components.
Licensed Electrician Connects Heater
Install the selected 6–9 kW electric sauna heater according to the manufacturer's instructions. Final electrical wiring should be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
Initial Heat Cycle
Perform an initial heating cycle before first use to allow the cedar to acclimate and release its natural aroma while verifying proper heater operation.
