Assembly Steps
Prepare a Solid, Level Foundation
Place the sauna on a stable, level surface such as a concrete pad, reinforced deck, patio, or compacted gravel base. Ensure proper drainage and allow enough clearance around the sauna for ventilation, maintenance, and door operation.
Unpack & Organize Components
Unpack the cedar components, support cradles, benches, roofing materials, hardware, and accessories. Confirm all parts are present using the supplied parts list before starting assembly.
Assemble the Cabin Structure
Install the cedar base supports, assemble the wall panels, and secure the cabin structure using the supplied hardware. The pre-engineered components are designed for accurate alignment and efficient installation.
Install Interior & Roofing Components
Install the cedar benches, supports, door assembly, ventilation components, and complete the roof installation with the included Ontario-made metal shingle system.
Install the Sauna Heater
Install the selected electric or wood-burning sauna heater according to the manufacturer's requirements. Electric models require a dedicated 240V connection completed by a licensed electrician and must comply with all local electrical codes.
Perform the Initial Heat Cycle
