Assembly Steps
Prepare a Solid, Level Foundation
Install the sauna on a stable surface such as a concrete pad, reinforced deck, patio, or compacted gravel base. Ensure proper drainage and allow clearance around the sauna for maintenance and airflow.
Organize the Components
Unpack all cedar staves, cradle supports, wall panels, benches, aluminum bands, and hardware. Verify all components against the supplied parts list before beginning assembly.
Assemble the Barrel
Position the cradle supports, install the floor sections, fit the precision-cut cedar staves together, then secure the barrel using the supplied marine-grade aluminum bands.
Install Interior Components
Install the front and rear wall sections, fit the cedar benches and supports, install the door assembly, and confirm the half-moon windows and hardware are properly secured.
Install the Sauna Heater
Install your selected Narvi or Harvia wood-burning heater according to the heater manufacturer's installation instructions. Observe all required safety clearances, chimney requirements, and local building codes before first use.
Complete the Initial Heat Cycle
Before the first sauna session, perform a complete heating cycle with adequate ventilation. This allows the cedar to acclimate naturally and removes any residual manufacturing moisture while releasing the fresh cedar aroma.
