The Canadian Timber CT Sierra Outdoor Shower arrives as a pre-cut, precision-crafted cedar shower kit designed for straightforward assembly. The wooden structure can be assembled with common hand tools, while the shower plumbing hardware is purchased separately and should be connected to your water supply according to local plumbing requirements.

Assembly Steps
Prepare a Stable Installation Surface
Position the shower on a flat, stable surface such as concrete, pavers, decking, or another solid outdoor foundation. Ensure proper drainage beneath the unit to prevent standing water.
Unpack & Verify Components
Carefully unpack all cedar components and hardware. Compare the contents with the supplied parts list before beginning assembly to ensure everything is present.
Assemble the Base & Pillar
Secure the cedar base platform and attach the vertical shower pillar using the supplied hardware. Check that the pillar is level before tightening all fasteners.
Install Trim & Finishing Components
Attach the remaining cedar trim pieces and inspect the completed structure for proper alignment and overall stability before connecting plumbing.
Install Shower Hardware & Connect Water Supply
Install the separately purchased shower hardware and connect the hot and cold water supply lines. Premium stainless steel shower hardware is available as an option, and plumbing connections may require a licensed plumber depending on local codes.
Test for Leaks & Enjoy
Turn on the water supply, inspect all fittings for leaks, verify proper drainage, and test both hot and cold water operation before regular use. Drain and winterize plumbing in freezing climates when necessary.

The shower connects directly to your home's water supply using compatible plumbing hardware (sold separately). Freight Carrier
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Delivery is made to the curb or end of your driveway.
- Drivers are not responsible for unloading or moving the shipment onto your property.
- Most deliveries are made using a full-size tractor trailer, so please ensure your road is accessible.
- Smaller shipments may be delivered with a liftgate when available. Larger crates require customer-arranged unloading.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to the freight carrier to arrange your delivery date.
- Plan ahead for unloading before the truck arrives.
- Shipping crates typically range from 6–14 ft long and weigh approximately 800–1,600 lbs, depending on the model.
- Suitable unloading methods include a forklift, tilt-deck/rollback truck, or a sufficient crew to unload safely.
- If using a forklift, ensure the forks are long enough to properly support the crate.
Inspecting Your Delivery
- Inspect the crate before signing the delivery receipt.
- If you notice visible damage, photograph it immediately.
- Record all damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before accepting delivery.
- We recommend noting: "Packaging received with visible damage – possible concealed damage."
- Contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist with any freight claim.
Delivery & Unloading Requirements
Unloading Large Shipments
Customers are responsible for unloading the shipment from the delivery truck.
- Crates measuring 84 inches (7 ft) or less may be unloaded using the truck's liftgate when one is available.
- Crates larger than 84 inches cannot be unloaded with a liftgate and require alternative unloading arrangements.
- Recommended options include:
- Using a forklift or similar lifting equipment.
- Picking up the shipment from the local freight terminal with a suitable trailer.
- Using a tilt-deck (rollback) tow truck for transport from the freight terminal.
- If you require assistance arranging specialized unloading transportation, please contact our team before delivery for available options and pricing.
Changing Your Delivery Address
Delivery address updates are easiest before your shipment leaves our warehouse.
- Address changes requested before shipment can usually be accommodated at no additional cost.
- Once a shipment is in transit, carriers may apply rerouting fees for delivery address changes.
- Any applicable carrier charges will be communicated before changes are processed.
Terminal Storage Fees
Once your shipment arrives at the local freight terminal, timely communication with the carrier is important.
- Delays in scheduling delivery may result in storage fees charged by the freight carrier.
- Common causes include delayed responses, unloading arrangements, or requested delivery postponements.
- Any storage fees assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
