Assembly Steps
Prepare the Installation Site
Install the sauna on a level, stable foundation such as a concrete pad, reinforced deck, patio, or compacted gravel base. Allow adequate clearance around the sauna for maintenance, ventilation, and drainage.
Organize All Components
Unpack the cedar staves, cradle supports, benches, aluminum bands, hardware, windows, and accessories. Verify that all parts are present using the included parts list before beginning assembly.
Assemble the Barrel
Position the cedar cradle supports, install the barrel floor, fit the precision-cut cedar staves together, and tighten the supplied marine-grade aluminum bands to create the finished barrel structure.
Install the Interior
Install the front and rear wall sections, tempered glass door, benches, backrests, and complete any optional accessories included with your selected sauna package.
Install the Sauna Heater
Install either the selected wood-burning heater or the recommended 7.5–9 kW electric heater according to the heater manufacturer's instructions. Electric heater packages require a licensed electrician to complete the final 240V hardwired connection.
Complete the Initial Heat Cycle
Before first use, heat the sauna with the door slightly open to allow the cedar to acclimate naturally, remove any residual manufacturing moisture, and release the fresh aroma of natural cedar.
