Model-specific dimensions, construction, and operating details.
Allow room for operation, maintenance, drainage, doors, utility connections, and delivery access.
The LeisureCraft CT Tranquility Barrel Sauna arrives as a precision-cut, pre-engineered kit crafted from premium Eastern White Cedar. Every component is designed for efficient assembly using standard tools, while the final electrical connection for electric heater packages should always be completed by a licensed electrician. Detailed installation manuals, step-by-step videos, and PDF instructions are provided to guide you through the process.
Recommended for two people using basic hand tools, a drill, and a level. No specialized woodworking experience required.
The Tranquility Barrel Sauna includes premium cedar components, marine-grade hardware, and everything needed for structural assembly. Heater packages and optional accessories vary by configuration.
Install the sauna on a level, stable foundation such as a concrete pad, reinforced deck, patio, or compacted gravel base. Allow adequate clearance around the sauna for maintenance, ventilation, and drainage.
Unpack the cedar staves, cradle supports, benches, aluminum bands, hardware, windows, and accessories. Verify that all parts are present using the included parts list before beginning assembly.
Position the cedar cradle supports, install the barrel floor, fit the precision-cut cedar staves together, and tighten the supplied marine-grade aluminum bands to create the finished barrel structure.
Install the front and rear wall sections, tempered glass door, benches, backrests, and complete any optional accessories included with your selected sauna package.
Install either the selected wood-burning heater or the recommended 7.5–9 kW electric heater according to the heater manufacturer's instructions. Electric heater packages require a licensed electrician to complete the final 240V hardwired connection.
Before first use, heat the sauna with the door slightly open to allow the cedar to acclimate naturally, remove any residual manufacturing moisture, and release the fresh aroma of natural cedar.
The CT Tranquility Barrel Sauna is available with either a wood-burning or electric sauna heater. Electric models are designed for a recommended 7.5–9 kW heater and require a dedicated 240V hardwired circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Wood-burning models require no electrical connection for heating, making them ideal for remote locations or off-grid installations.

Most $8,000 purchases come with a phone tree. Ours comes with a person. When something goes sideways — a lost shipment, a freight delay, a damaged panel, a question at 9 PM on a Wednesday — you text us. We text back. Same day, often the same hour. We call the manufacturer. We chase the freight company. We solve the problem while you go on with your life. That's what we mean by boutique concierge service. It's the difference between buying a sauna and being supported through one.
If your shipment goes missing, we're on the phone with the freight carrier before you even know there's a problem. You don't chase anyone. We do.
You hear about delays from us, before you wonder. We monitor every shipment, every day, until it's in your driveway.
If a panel arrives damaged or a heater malfunctions, we escalate directly to Leil, HUUM, or Harvia on your behalf. You don't make a single warranty call. We handle the back-and-forth.
Text us. Email us. Call us. You get a real answer from a real person — not a chatbot, not a ticket number, not a 48-hour response window.
We're not the cheapest box on the internet. We're the team that picks up the phone after the box is in your driveway. That's what we stand behind — every order, every customer, every day.
