Simply position it on a stable, level surface, fill it with water, and enjoy cold therapy using ice or an optional water chiller. If adding a chiller, follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and operating guidelines.

Setup Steps
Prepare a Level Surface
Place the plunge tub on a stable, level foundation such as concrete, reinforced decking, or another solid outdoor surface capable of supporting the filled weight of the tub.
Position the Tub
Move the fully assembled plunge tub into its final location, allowing adequate clearance around the tub for comfortable access, maintenance, and optional chiller connections.
Fill with Water
Fill the HDPE-lined tub with clean water to the desired operating level. The tub holds approximately 132 gallons (501 litres).
Connect Optional Water Chiller
If purchased, install and connect the Penguin or Coldture Pro chiller according to the manufacturer's instructions. Otherwise, cool the water by adding ice as needed before each session.
Power the Chiller (Optional)
Plug the optional chiller into a properly protected electrical outlet. During freezing weather, either drain and store the chiller in a temperature-controlled area or keep it operating in heating mode to prevent freeze damage, following the manufacturer's recommendations.
Cover & Enjoy
Place the insulated cover on the tub when not in use to help maintain water temperature and keep debris out. Your Baltic Plunge Tub is now ready for regular cold therapy sessions.
Optional chiller power —
the plunge tub itself requires no electricity.
The Baltic Plunge Tub functions without electricity when cooled with ice. If you choose an optional Penguin Cold Therapy Chiller or Coldture Water Chiller Pro, simply connect the unit according to the manufacturer's instructions. The Penguin Chiller operates on a standard 110–120V outlet, while the Coldture Pro features a plug-and-play design with integrated circulation and temperature control.
