Most homeowners can complete installation with basic tools and two people. No electrical hookup is required for the wood-fired heating system.

Assembly Steps
Prepare a Solid Foundation
Position the hot tub on a level, load-bearing surface such as a concrete pad, reinforced deck, patio, or compacted gravel base. Ensure adequate drainage and maintain safe clearance around the chimney and heater.
Unpack & Inspect Components
Carefully unpack the hot tub, chimney components, hardware, cedar accessories, and optional cover. Verify all parts are present and inspect for any shipping damage before beginning assembly.
Install the Chimney & Accessories
Secure the chimney to the internal wood-burning heater according to the installation instructions. Install the cedar backrests, floor components, and any optional cover hardware included with your package.
Fill the Tub with Water
Fill the tub completely before lighting the fire. Never operate the wood-burning heater without water in the tub, as this may damage the aluminum liner and heating system.
Light the Internal Wood Stove
Build a small fire using dry seasoned firewood inside the integrated heater. Under normal conditions, the 233-gallon tub can typically reach soaking temperature in less than three hours.
Inspect & Enjoy
Check that all fittings are secure, confirm proper chimney draft, and verify there are no leaks before your first soak. Allow the water temperature to stabilize, then enjoy your wood-fired hot tub experience.
