Warranty & Returns
Return Policy
Bathing Brands accepts returns of new, uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Contact us
promptly for a Return Authorization Number. For shipping damage, include photos and note if damage was
recorded upon delivery. Bathing Brands covers return shipping for damages or errors. For
change-of-mind returns, restocking fees are case-by-case, and customers cover shipping both ways. We
recommend insured shipping via the original method (Ground or LTL). Once returned, items are
inspected, and if damaged, you’ll be notified to file a claim with your shipper. Refunds are processed
after inspection. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

Yes. The SteamLinx module enables app control for on/off, time, and temperature and supports “Just Ask Alexa” when the skill is enabled.
What does the AutoFlush system do after each session?
AutoFlush automatically drains stagnant water and impurities through a 1/2" electronically activated valve, helping reduce scale and extend generator life.
How quickly will steam be ready with Express Steam?
The optional Express Steam feature preheats and maintains water temperature so steam arrives faster, reducing wait time before each session.
