Its compact, space-saving design replaces up to 30 individual dumbbell sets while offering the same professional-grade feel and durability.
With 2.5 lb and 5 lb incremental adjustments, you can easily scale your workouts for progressive strength training. Note: Stage 1 is required before adding Stage 2 or higher expansions.
