Instead of simply adding load, it uses proprietary spring-loaded cartridges to amplify your body’s natural movements, increasing muscle engagement, strengthening tendons and connective tissue, improving bone density, and elevating cardiovascular conditioning. Designed for both everyday activity and high-performance training, the ProPulse® Power Vest delivers the benefits of a vest three times heavier without the excess bulk or strain of conventional weighted systems.
Powered by the science of the stretch-shortening cycle used in plyometric training, the vest loads the body during the eccentric phase of movement and recoils during the concentric phase to enhance force production, speed, and explosiveness. The Active model weighs approximately 10 lbs and includes 12 spring-loaded ProPulse® cartridges, while the Pro model weighs 15 lbs or 20 lbs with a 2.5 hydration pouch and includes 20 cartridges. The result is faster response time, reduced ground contact time, greater power output, and a training effect unlike any other vest on the market.
