Ask what happens when a unit arrives damaged, you're listening for a person who owns it, not store-blames-manufacturer ping-pong.
Get the delivered price in writing before payment, "freight quoted after purchase" is the oldest move in the category.

The sled is designed for turf or grass surfaces only. Using it on concrete, asphalt, or rough flooring can cause premature wear or damage.
The Pull Sled can accommodate up to (3) 45 lb weight plates on its 12″ center post, making it ideal for progressive resistance training.
The package includes the sled, adjustable pull harness, straps, and carabiners. Weight plates are sold separately.
Yes! The weight post folds down to make the sled more compact, so it’s easier to store in tight spaces like a garage gym.
Minimal assembly is needed. Simply attach the weight post and connect the harness straps with the included carabiners, and you’re ready to train.
It’s great for sprints, drags, pulls, rows, and GPP conditioning. Perfect for building strength, endurance, and explosive power.
