Ask what happens when a unit arrives damaged, you're listening for a person who owns it, not store-blames-manufacturer ping-pong.
Get the delivered price in writing before payment, "freight quoted after purchase" is the oldest move in the category.

No, the X7 Floor Kit is specifically designed for the SaunaLife XPERIENCE-Series Model X7 indoor sauna. Its dimensions and construction are tailored to perfectly fit the walking area of this particular sauna model.
Yes, the X7 Floor Kit comes pre-assembled, allowing for quick and easy installation. This feature eliminates the need for complicated setup, so you can start enjoying your sauna experience right away.
To maintain the natural Aspen wood, it’s recommended to clean the floor regularly with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives, and occasionally treat the wood with a natural wood polish to preserve its beauty and longevity.
While the Aspen wood is resistant to moisture, it’s important to regularly dry the floor to maintain its non-slip surface. The natural grain of the wood provides some traction, but extra caution should be taken when the floor is wet to avoid slipping.
The X7 Floor Kit is designed for indoor use in the SaunaLife Model X7 sauna. Exposure to the elements outdoors could affect the wood’s integrity and appearance. It is recommended to keep the floor kit in a dry, controlled indoor environment.
