Ask what happens when a unit arrives damaged, you're listening for a person who owns it, not store-blames-manufacturer ping-pong.

SaunaLife Sauna Wax is ideal for untreated or cleaned wood. Avoid applying over oiled surfaces unless the previous treatment is completely removed.
For optimal protection, reapply the wax annually, especially in heavily used saunas, to maintain durability and wood integrity.
Yes, it is safe for skin-contact surfaces like benches and headrests, as it is made from natural, non-toxic materials.
Use a brush or sponge to evenly apply the wax. Allow it to penetrate for 0.5–2 hours and wipe off excess for a smooth finish.
The wax is available in Clear, Grey, White, and Black tints. Clear preserves the natural tone, while tints add stylish finishes.
The wax covers 9–13 m² per liter in one layer. A 450 ml container is suitable for small saunas; larger saunas may need multiple containers.
