Simply fill the included ceramic bowl with water, add a few drops of the eucalyptus aroma oil using the dropper, and place the bowl in your sauna. The heat will diffuse the oil into the air, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. Adjust the number of drops to your preference for scent intensity.
Eucalyptus oil provides numerous benefits in a sauna setting, including promoting relaxation, reducing muscle tension, and refreshing the atmosphere. It also offers anti-microbial properties, supports healthy airways, and may help reduce pain and inflammation.
It is recommended to use 3-5 drops of eucalyptus oil in the ceramic bowl filled with water. You can adjust the amount depending on the size of your sauna and your preferred scent intensity. The included dropper ensures precise measurement and prevents waste.
Yes, the ceramic bowl can be used outside the sauna for aromatherapy purposes. Simply place it in any room, fill it with water, and add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere wherever you are.
The eucalyptus oil is intended for aromatherapy use only and should not be applied directly to the skin. If you have respiratory sensitivities or allergies, start with a small amount to ensure comfort. Consult a healthcare professional if you have specific concerns.
The ceramic bowl is designed to distribute the aroma evenly by gently heating the water and oil mixture. This ensures a consistent and balanced release of the fragrance throughout the sauna, maximizing the aromatherapy benefits.
