Sissy Squat Machines for Lower Body Strength And Toning

Strengthen your quads, glutes, and core with a space-saving machine designed to deliver serious results. The Valor Fitness Sissy Squat provides focused, controlled movements that build muscle and improve stability without the need for barbells, bulky leg machines, or extra weights.

Perfect for lifters of all levels, both the Core Series and Pro Series offer portable or more fixed setups that deliver targeted muscle engagement, improved balance, and enhanced core strength. Sissy squats are an efficient and compact solution for effective lower body training at home or in the gym.

Features & Benefits:

  • HEAVY DUTY SQUAT MACHINE: The sissy squats machine is equipped with solid stainless steel base for strength and durability. Non-slip footplates ensure secure footing during every rep.
  • LEG ISOLATION WITHOUT KNEE STRAIN: Unlike traditional squat setups, the sissy squat isolates the quads with minimal impact on the knees, making it an effective alternative to weighted machines.
  • HIGH-DENSITY PADDING: Dual-layered, 2.5” thick padding cushions your calves and ankles through each rep. Both models include added padding behind the knees for extra comfort.
  • ADJUSTABLE ANKLE ROLLERS: Customize your fit. Adjust the ankle rollers to gain a locked-in feel for every athlete.
  • ADJUSTABLE CALF PAD: Main padding raises up and down so you can get a perfect fit behind the knees.
  • BUILD RESISTANCE: Use dumbbells, kettlebells, or exercise balls to increase workout intensity and target muscles even further.
  • SPACE-SAVING DESIGN & COMPACT STORAGE: Compact footprints let you train in tight spaces and home gyms with limited space. The Core Series adds built-in wheels and a handle for easy mobility and storage anywhere.
